But really, just yesterday I got the urge to listen to Mumford and Sons for no apparent reason other than I hadn’t in ages, and I was like “damn this is a really great album, too bad it’ll probably be awhile before I see them again, they were my favorite artist out of all of them at Coachella.”
And now I’m seeing them in a few weeks?

And what business does JON STEWART have there? Is he doing standup to open it? Is he just going to MC it? I don’t even give a shit, his name is up there and I love ALL THREE NAMES on this thing.
God bless employment.
(OK and to make this not all about me flapping around like a fool over something that I didn’t even know existed twelve hours ago, today we had to write up bios of ourselves at work to hang on the walls, and two of the questions were “What would you be doing if you weren’t working at Apple” (we were supposed to get imaginative) and “what is your themesong?” I said I’d be managing The Strokes with Ryan, I hope that means some Stroke-fan coworkers will come out of the woodwork. I had a rough time coming up with a themesong under pressure, though, and I didn’t want to make it 100% Strokes-centric, so I said “Everyone Gets A Star” by Albert. Only Strokes-nerds will see the connection so I hope they come find me and they can be our gateway band-drug to other great musical discoveries with people I can actually see and talk to every day without a computer screen).
