To continue raining on the parade, here’s Richard himself saying that they’re actually just signing new artists to Cult.
I just didn’t want everyone to get their hopes up and then expect something in the nearish future when that’s probably not the case…however, who knows what the timeline will actually be, I’m just a proponent of being realistic.
My thoughts:
- Great that you seem to be expanding your label, but I really don’t want it to take attention away from him making his own music, especially with his BAND
- I don’t really get why everyone thinks this could mean he’s making another solo album? He definitely says “new artists” and it’s his label, so I don’t really see how that can mean anything other than expansion
- One of my pet peeves is when people wear coats inside so Julian and I could never be, I’m sorry to say
