I just re-read The Hunger Games earlier today for something to do and this was on my dash and I was like “this looks exactly like when Katniss covers Rue with flowers”

Welp, guess that’s what it is. 

I am so into this series, I feel like a twelve-year-old. But seriously, I can’t WAIT for the film.

OK, I was excited for this because I love the books, but thought it would get really Twilighted-up, but after seeing this trailer, I think that it has the potential to be pretty great in itself.

Teaser Trailer of the Day: Straight from the MTV VMAs, the first official clip from Gary Ross’s big screen adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ best-selling YA sci-fi novel, The Hunger Games.

The film, which stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, and Donald Sutherland, is set to hit theaters March 23, 2012.

This was a lame teaser, as teasers go, and I’m pretty confident these films are going to be Twilighted-up to the max, but I freaking loved the books and am pretty excited to see how it gets translated to the screen.
